VB6 + RC6 MetaStock-Parsing and -Rendering

Just a small Demo, how to:
- transfer Data-Records from MetaStock-Files into an SQLite MemDB
- render a scrollable Chart, directly from (MemDB) selected Recordsets
- including automatic, viewport-based y-Scaling
- and MouseHover-Info (in a normal VB-Tooltip)
